Event Planning Services

From corporate events to dinner parties, A.D. Parties & Events is committed to exceeding customer expectations with our dedication to organizing innovative, creative, and memorable events. We ease the stresses that accompany entertaining, so that throwing a party is once again enjoyable for everyone, including the host.

Location:

  • Scout for potential locations, then check availability.
  • Secure price, including all necessary deposits, insurance needed and tax-deductions.
  • With client, inspect venue to make sure all needs are met.
  • Following event, inspect location to guarantee cleanliness.

Invitations:

  • Work with client to create perfect invitations-both electronic and hard copies.
  • Manage production, addressing, mailing, totaling RSVPs.

Entertainment:

  • Help client choose the most appropriate entertainment and music for their event.
  • Serve as go-between for client and chosen entertainment.
  • Negotiate and secure price.
  • Arrange entertainment schedule and attire.

Equipment:

  • Work alongside client to determine what equipment (tents, canopies, dance floor, etc.) is necessary.
  • Contact vendor/s for prices and availability.
  • Manage rental, installation and removal.

Decor:

  • Consult with client to articulate personalized touches such as color choices, lighting, special effects, possible themes, floral arrangements, ice sculptures, custom-designed table linens and chair covers, etc.
  • Outline budget.
  • Work with suppliers to secure suitable price.
  • Manage suppliers throughout delivery, installation and removal procedures.

Catering:

  • Discuss catering options with client, including caterer and menu options.
  • Arrange tasting for selected menu items.
  • Help with table layout and setup.
  • Can provide personal on-site chefs.
  • Act as go-between for client and caterers.
  • Manage catering before, during and following the event.
